Asks the delegate to provide an icon for it's tab toolbar item.

Parameters

tab	The tab for which the icon is intended.
sender	The sender ProjectAttributes object.

Returns

An NSImage which to set as the toolbar item's icon. Returning ‘nil’ means ‘no icon’.
