GNUPLOT_RESET

INPUTS :
- ptr_gctrl : Pointer to structure of type gnuplot_ctrl.
OUTPUTS :
- status : Integer (error flag)
PURPOSE :
Resets the parameters for the current session. Issues the gnuplot reset command.
DIAGNOSTICS :
- status = 0 : Success.
- status = BAD_SIGNAL : Called with a dissociated pointer.
- status = -1 : Failed to reset parameters.
