GNUPLOT_SETAXISLABEL

INPUTS :
- ptr_gctrl : Pointer to structure of type gnuplot_ctrl.
- axis : Character string indicating the axis.
- axislabel : Character string indicating the label.
OUTPUTS :
- status : Integer (error flag).
PURPOSE :
Sets axis label.
DIAGNOSTICS :
- status = 0 : Success.
- status = BAD_SIGNAL : Called with a dissociated pointer.
- status = -1 : Cannot set requested label for the axis.
