Asks the delegate to provide an icon for it's tab toolbar item.

Parameters:

tab	The tab for which the icon is intended.
sender	The sender ProjectAttributes object.

Returns:

An NSImage which to set as the toolbar item's icon. Returning `nil' means `no icon'.
