Before the first invocation, PaCO++ configures all the distributed libraries. It gives the PaCO++ topology view of the client and the server (To see what is a PaCO::PacoTopology_t, look at PaCO++.idl file in the Src directory). Then it gives the communicator associated with the paco_com library that the user code uses.
