This is a new stable release of NetworkManager.  Notable changes include:

* Now supports BlueZ 5. If you are still using BlueZ 4, configure with
  --enable-bluez4 to disable BlueZ 5 support and enable BlueZ 4 support.
  (It is not possible to build with support for both versions.)
