# aver-bio

The Aver CLI: continuous validation for clinical bioinformatics pipelines.
It fingerprints a pipeline's dependencies, benchmarks it against public
reference materials (GIAB germline, SEQC2 somatic, GIAB SV, GeT-RM PGx),
and writes deterministic, verifiable reports. It never processes patient data.

This 0.1.x distribution consolidates the `aver_core`, `aver_refdata`,
`aver_resolver`, `aver_comparator`, `aver_drift` and `aver_evidence` modules
into one wheel; later releases split them into their own packages.

Aver produces validation evidence. It does not certify, accredit or approve
anything; the laboratory and its accrediting body decide.
