    times.

    Times written with the ``local_datetime`` filter are <time
    data-pyc-local> elements whose text is UTC. The script below asks
    the browser for its IANA zone and rewrites each one as
    "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM PDT", keeping the UTC text as the tooltip. Without
    script, or in a UTC browser, the page keeps the UTC text, which says
    UTC.
