# alissa-tools-github-genloop

The `alissa.tools.github.genloop` module: the **generator seat** of the Alissa GitHub daemon
family (design `docs/design/genloop.md` v0.2 in `ali-fhr/studio.alissa.app`, lane L5). On a
cadence it spawns one judgment session that writes at most one plan on a `PLAN-` branch of the
fleet's plans repository; the seat then opens the plan's pull request with the marker and the
`Alissa-Plan:` / `Plan-Anchor:` trailers, requests the refuter, records the plan
(`POST /v1/loop/plans`) and emits the `plan.*` / `pass.*` loop events.

This distribution ships **only** that module. Everything above it — `alissa`, `alissa.tools`,
`alissa.tools.github` — is a [PEP 420](https://peps.python.org/pep-0420/) namespace package
with no `__init__.py`, so the sibling seats (orcloop, devloop, revloop) contribute their own
packages under the same namespace.

```sh
pip install alissa-tools-github-genloop
alissa-genloop --version
alissa-genloop --once --dry-run     # one poll, narrated
```

The seat is **off by default**: without `ALISSA_GEN_ENABLED=true` every poll logs why it idles
and touches nothing. The configuration, the gates and the container are documented in the
repository's top-level README.
