    Dallinger's exit_recruiter.html cannot be overridden by name, because its
    extra_files mechanism does not replace templates Dallinger already ships,
    so PsyNet renders this one instead from
    PsyNetExitPageMixin.exit_response.

    Deliberately says nothing about payment. The participant has already been
    told what they earned on the debrief page, which respects show_reward;
    repeating it here would restate it in a page that cannot know whether the
    payment has gone through.
