  Returns a representative set of PDB protein chains at the specified sequence identity cutoff. See http://www.pdb.org/pdb/statistics/clusterStatistics.do for more information.

  Parameters:

  sequenceIdentity - sequence identity threshold

  Returns:

  PdbChainKey set of representatives
